服务业顾客情绪体验量表编制

摘要 企业要想获得持续的竞争优势就必须向顾客展示具有吸引力的体验产品和独特的体验环境,因此顾客情绪体验日益成为企业管理者和研究者重视的领域之一。本研究以顾客为被试,通过理论分析和实证调查相结合的方法,编制顾客情绪体验量表,为后续研究提供研究工具。
