nectin-4与乳腺癌关系的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 nectin(连接蛋白)是近年来发现的一大类细胞间黏附分子,属于免疫球蛋白超家族。nectin-4蛋白在正常乳腺组织中无表达,而在乳腺癌组织中呈高表达。nectin-4在乳腺癌形成和发展中起重要作用,促进正常乳腺上皮细胞向恶性细胞转化,并在肿瘤形成后促进癌组织浸润及远处转移。nectin-4可作为乳腺癌的一个新的分子标志物。
