溃疡康方治疗消化性溃疡34例

Treatment of 34 Cases of Peptic Ulcer with Kuiyangkang Prescription

目的:观察自拟溃疡康方治疗消化性溃疡的疗效及复发情况。方法:将68例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各34例,治疗组给予口服自拟溃疡康方加减治疗,对照组给予口服奥美拉唑胶囊、枸橼酸铋钾胶囊、阿莫西林胶囊治疗,1周为1个疗程,4个疗程后观察疗效,2个月后电话回访观察复发情况。结果:治疗组溃疡愈合治愈率、显效率、总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组幽门螺杆菌(Hp)清除率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组中医证候积分均下降(P<0.05),治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组临床治愈率、显效率、总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);2个月后电话回访治疗组复发率为11.76%,对照组复发率为20.58%,治疗组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟溃疡康方治疗消化性肠溃疡比单用西药效果好,能加速溃疡面愈合,更好根除Hp,改善临床症状,减少复发,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the effect and recurrence of self-made Kuiyangkang Prescription in the treatment of peptic ulcer.Methods： 68 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 34 cases in each group.The treatment group received oral administration of Kuiyangkang Decoction,the control group was given oral Omeprazole Capsule,Bismuth Potassium Citrate Capsules and Amoxicillin Capsules,1 week as 1 course of treatment.The therapeutic effect was observed after 4 courses of treatment,the recurrence was observed with telephone follow-up after 2 months of treatment.Results： The cure rate,significant effective rate and the total effective rate were better than those of the control group（P＆lt;0.05）;the clearance rate of Helicobacter pylori（Hp） was significantly better than that of the control group（P＆lt;0.05）;TCM syndrome scores of two groups decreased（P＆lt;0.05）,while it was lower in the treatment group than in the control group（P＆lt;0.05）;the cure rate,significant effective rate,the total effective rate of the treatment group were better than those of the control group（P＆lt;0.05）;the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 11.76 per cent with telephone follow-up after 2 months of treatment,the recurrence rate of the control group was 20.58 per cent,the recurrence rate of treatment group was lower than that of control group（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion： The self-made Kuiyangkang Prescription has better effect in the treatment of peptic ulcer than single Western medicine,it can accelerate wound healing,better the eradication of Hp,improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the recurrence,worth the clinical promotion.
