摘要
我国当前公共服务业总体水平偏低,发展速度落后于经济增长速度。如何改变这一局面是我国政府亟需解决的问题。从产出的角度出发,通过研究和分析发达国家公共服务业增加值和就业结构的演变趋势,总结发达国家公共服务业的演变规律,进而为我国公共服务业的发展提供借鉴,并指导其发展方向。
The overall level of public services is low in the current time. The pace of development is lagging behind the economic growth rate. How to change this situation is an urgent problem for the Chinese government to resolve. From the point of output, through analyzing the evolution trend of added value and employment structure in public services industries, this article summarizes the evolution regulars of public services in developed countries which provides a reference for the development direction of the public service industries in China.
