Comparative Analysis of Labor Employment and Countermeasures to Expand Employment about Shanxi

在对山西与全国及部分地区的劳动就业情况进行比较分析的基础上,认为山西劳动就业存在劳动力总体素质低、劳动力供求矛盾突出、就业结构与产业结构及城镇化水平有偏差等问题。在新时期,山西要进一步完善就业政策体系,加快结构调整步伐,从单一产业就业向三产并举就业转变,努力扩大就业容量;积极创优环境,以创业带动就业;统筹城乡公共服务,创造平等就业机会;构建和谐劳动关系,提高就业质量,努力实现就业促进工作的五个转变,推动社会实现充分就业。

This article is on the basis of comparative analysis about employment situation of Shanxi, the country and some provinces or cities. Shanxi labor employment problems are labor as the low overall quality, contradiction of labor supply and demand, deviation of employment structure, industrial structure and urbanization level and so on. In the new period, Shanxi should effort to achieve the change in five aspects of employment promotion work, and push the society to realize full employment. The first is to further perfect the employment policy system, accelerate the pace of structural adjustment, effort to expand employment capacity. The second is to actively create envi- ronment of employment. The third is to balance urban and rural public services for create equal employment opportunities. Finally , we should build a harmonious labor relations for improve the quality of employment.
