摘要
针对水平井火驱辅助重力泄油钻井技术存在的井眼轨迹精细控制、直井和水平井间距的有效控制、套管下入技术、套管防腐技术以及水泥环的抗高温性能等技术难点,从基本原理、井身结构、摩阻以及套管和水泥浆体系优选等方面进行了分析研究。现场试验中,成功控制2井间距离为2.84 m。水平井水平段采用多点控制保证沿油层底部1 m距离平稳前进,并且井斜角大于90°,实钻轨迹完全在靶窗范围内,满足水平井火驱辅助重力泄油试验的要求。
There exist technological difficulties in fireflooding assisted gravity oil drainage drilling technology in horizontal wells, such as fine control of hole trajectory, effective control of spacing between straight well and horizontal well, casing running technology, casing anti-corrosion technology and anti-high temperature performance of cement sheath. To deal with these difficulties, the analysis and study were conducted with regard to basic principle, casing program, friction and optimization of cement slurry system. In the field test, the spacing between two wells was controlled as 2.84 m successfully. Multipoint control at the horizontal section of horizontal well was adopted to ensure smooth advancing along the place 1 m from reservoir bottom. The hole deviation angle was greater than 90°. The practical drilling trajectory was completely within the scope of target window, thus satisfying the requirement of fireflooding assisted gravity drainage drilling test.
