摘要
为了解决卡瓦式节流器打捞难度大的问题,研制了单胶筒防下滑井下节流装置。该装置采用常规试井钢丝投放,气缸内由常压变高压,胶筒受挤压密封容易;采用胶筒回缩设计,打捞时胶筒回缩,大大减小了油管与节流装置的摩擦力;利用油管接箍间隙,采用三爪式防下滑机构设计,能有效防止节流器失效后滑落井底;坐封柱塞与气嘴座采用销钉锁定,遇到井筒积液时可采用专用工具打掉气嘴。试验结果表明,单胶筒防下滑井下节流装置坐封容易、密封可靠,打捞时胶筒有效回缩,可防止下滑;该装置性能稳定,可以替代卡瓦式井下节流器进行推广应用。
To deal with the fishing difficulty of slips throttle, the single rubber anti-glide downhole throttling device was developed. The device adopts steel wire dropping of conventional well testing. The normal pressure changes to high pressure with the cylinder. The rubber is easy to seal due to extrusion. The retraction design of the rubber was adopted. The rubber retracted in fishing, thus reducing the friction between tubing and throttling device re- markably. The three-jaw anti-glide mechanism was adopted, which could effectively prevent throttle from sliding down into the well bottom after failure. The setting piston and gas nipple seat adopt pin locking. The special tool can be used to knock out gas nipple when the wellbore fills up with liquid. The test findings show that the throttling device is easy to set and reliable in sealing. The rubber retracts effectively and thus it can prevent gliding. The de- vice is stable in performance and it can be spread and applied as a substitute for slip-type downhole throttle.
