摘要
为弥补可取式封隔器过早失效、更换工作量大及费用高等不足,研制了Y445-114插管封隔器。Y445-114插管封隔器优于一般可取式插管封隔器和永久式插管封隔器,它承压高,解封方便,与配套的插管密封总成、打捞器一同使用,适用于层位封堵、分层开采等多种作业,工作时效长,操作简单,节约成本。现场应用结果表明,双油层开采井封层1,采层2时,产液量降低为2层同采时的34%,日产油量提高了135%,含水质量分数由94.78%降低为64.00%。
To make up for the early failure, large replacement workload and high costs of retrievable packer, the Y445 - 114 bayonet-tube packer was developed. The packer is superior to general retrievable bayonet-tube packer and permanent bayonet-tube packer. It has a high bearing capacity, is convenient to be released. Used together with supporting bayonet-tube seal assembly and fisher, it is suitable for zone plugging and selective zone pro- duction. It is characterized by long operating ageing, simple operation and cost-saving. The field application shows that the oil production has increased by 135% and water content has decreased by 64%. It can be used in many kinds of operation, such as water plugging and separate layer recovery.
