摘要
为了解决油田采油过程中气、液、砂的分离问题,研制了多级分离气锚。该气锚集防气、防砂于一体,它利用离心作用、重力作用和偏心作用,使得含有溶解气的油液切向进入气锚后,经过旋流、偏心通道、90°转向、再次旋流和滑脱等作用实现3级分离,从根本上解决了气体和砂对泵的影响,防砂粒度小,并能替代筛管使用。现场应用结果表明,采用该多级分离气锚后,油气分离率高达98%,平均泵效由原来的24.6%提高到35.8%,平均动液面由1 268 m下降到1 372 m。
To solve the problem of separation between gas, liquid and sand in the process of oil production in oilfields, the multistage separation air anchor was developed. The anchor integrates the functions of gas prevention and sand control. It uses centrifugal, gravitational and eccentric effects to make the oil liquid with dissolved gas en- ter the anchor tangentially, achieving the three-stage separation through effects of swirling, eccentric channel, turning of 90~, second swirling and slippage. As a result, the effect of gas and sand on the pump has been elimina- ted completely. The anchor can be used as a substitute for screen pipe since sand grain of small size can be separa- ted. The field application shows that after adoption of the multi-effect separation air anchor, the oil-gas separation rate reaches 98%. The average pump efficiency has been increased from 24. 6% to 35.8%. The average working fluid level has been changed from 1 268 m to 1 372 m.
