摘要
MOA模型由动机、机会、能力三个核心构念组成,动机是导致行为发生的直接原因,而机会和能力则对这一过程产生调节作用。本文通过构建模型和实证分析,验证了内容开放式知识传播平台中的知识贡献行为的MOA模型中的有效成分:动机部分包括利他、互惠;能力部分包括知识组合、领域知识;机会部分包括感知的易用性、对组织形象的感知。
MOA model is composed of three core constructs: motivation, opportunities, and capacity, Motivation is the direct cause of behavior; Opportunity and Ability play a regulatory role in this process. Through the model construction and empirical analy- sis, this paper validates the active ingredients in MOA model of knowledge contributing behavior in Open-content Web for Knowledge Coma'tJnication: the Motivation section includes altruism and reciprocity; the ability section includes knowledge combination and domain knowledge; the opportunity section includes perceived ease of use and perceived image of organization.
