摘要
针对传统的竞争选址过于简单地考虑消费群体这一要素问题,建立了新的竞争选址问题模型。在新模型中,应用层次分析法综合考虑了门店规模、零售店价格、商品质量、装修程度、交通状况对设施吸引力的影响,且其影响程度对于不同的消费群体有所不同等问题。最后给出了求解该模型的遗传算法和具体算例,并通过MATLAB进行了编程计算实验。结果表明,该模型和算法可以用于竞争选址决策中,且具有一定的可行性和有效性。
For lack of considering consumers in the classical competitive location problems,this paper studied the competitive location problem based on multi-level consumer groups and proposed a new model.In this model,it considered facility attri-butes based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP),such as size,price,quality,decoration and traffic,and these factors weights were different for different consumers.At last it discussed a case applied the new model,and used genetic algorithm coded in MATLAB to solve the model.Experimental results show genetic algorithm as well as the new model is feasible and validity for competitive location problem.
