摘要
作者采用一台X线摄影机分别拍摄相互垂直的正、侧位头影片,选用72个标志点,借助YS-3100微机,自动重构、测量、计算颅颌硬组织立体形态,初步选定的测量项目有4部分、136项,可部分或全部被显示、打印出.此外还能显示、打印出能多方向观察的、光滑的、具有透视感的颅颌硬组织立体形态图.本法有设备简单、费用低廉、受辐射量少、重构及测量速度快等优点,能为颅颌畸形的诊断及治疗预测提供依据.
The lateral and posteroanterior cephalograms are taken respectively with only one X- ray tube and 72 landmarks arc selected . Stereo - morphologies of cranio - facial hard- tissue are automatically reconstructed , measured and calculated.Four parts (consists of 136 items )are determined first and can be showed on computer display or/and copied partly or completely . Three- dimensional perspective curving drawings may be rotated for viewing in all directions on computer display or in copying . With advantages of simpler equipments , lower cost, lower radiation dose , rapid reconstruction and measurement, the method will offer direct evidences for diagnosis and prctreatment simulation of cranio - facial malformations .
