中国人身保险公司规模效率的影响因素分析——基于面板门限回归模型

Analysis of Influencing Factors of Chinese Life Insurance Companies' Scale Efficiency—On the Basis of Panel Threshold Regression Model

在金融危机的影响下,我国人身险公司的效率均受到不同程度的影响。本文利用数据包络分析方法对人身保险公司的技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率进行了分析,并利用面板门限回归模型对规模效率的影响因素进行了分析,实证结果表明,随着公司规模的扩大,总资产对规模效率的促进作用在不断减弱。

Due to financial crisis, the efficiency of life insurance companies in China is affected in various degree. Using data envelopment analysis, we analyzed the technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of life insurance companies, and influencing factors of scale efficiency using panel threshold regression model. The empirical analysis shows that with the expansion of the company, the total assets＇ promoting effect on scale efficiency continues to decrease.
