摘要
近年来,公共数字图书馆建设如火如荼,提供的服务也日益多样化。此时,建立一套完善的公共数字图书馆服务评价体系,科学评估公共数字图书馆的运行服务效果,有助于图书馆预算经费的争取、长期目标的制定以及人力物力财力的合理分配,同时也是监督公共数字图书馆各个环节运行状态的必要手段和获取用户使用反馈的最佳途径。文章提出一套兼顾读者和图书馆管理员两者意见的公共数字图书馆服务质量评价方法,并详细阐述了这两种评价方法的具体评价指标。
In recent years, the construction of public digital libraries is developing rapidly, and the services they provide are increasingly diversified. At this moment, constructing a perfect public digital library service evaluation system so as to evaluate the service effect of the public digital library scientifically is helpful for the library to acquire budgetary appropriation, establish long- term goal, and allocate the human, material and financial resources rationally, meanwhile, it' s also a necessary means to monitor the operating conditions of all the links of public digital libraries and the optimum approach to obtain user feedback. This paper pro- poses a set of methods for the evaluation of public digital library service quality, which combines the opinions of the readers and librarians, and finally gives a detailed description of the specific evaluation indexes of the proposed methods.
