运动时逐次呼吸口腔关闭压测量对肺通气量及呼吸型式的影响

摘要 作者观察了在中度体力负荷下进行逐次呼吸口腔关闭(P_(0.1))测量对肺通气功能及呼吸型式的影响.被试者为8名健康男性青年,共进行两组实验:一组为同时进行逐次呼吸P_(0.1)测量的中度体力负荷实验;另一组为单纯体力负荷实验.P_(0.1)测量用我室自制的口腔关闭压测量仪完成.所测的生理参数有:肺通气量(V_1)、潮气量(V_T)、呼吸频率(f)及吸气时间比(T_1/Tc).实验数据脱机处理.结果表明:两组V_1动态反应的诸对应参数之间,如Ⅰ相持续时间、Ⅱ相时间常数、负荷稳态值以及平静呼吸V_1之间均无显著差异(P>0.05).两组负荷达到稳态时的f,V_1和T_1/Tc间也无显著性差异(P>0.05).因此逐次呼吸P_(0.1)测量对中度体力负荷下的肺通气功能及呼吸型式并无显著影响.故P_(0.1)可以作为反映体力负荷下呼吸中枢驱动的指标. Fffect of breath- by-breath mouth occlusion pressure (P0.1 ) measurement on the pulmonary ventilation (V1) and respiratory pattern during moderate exercise were presented . Fight healthy young males participated in two sets of experiments , with or without P0.1 measurement. The breath - by -breath P0.1measurement was implemented using a GB - 2 type device developed in our laboratory . The experimental data were off - line processed by a microcomputer . The results showed that there were not significant differences between the parameters of V1 responses of two groups ( P>0.05 ), for example . time of phase Ⅰ . time constant of phaseⅡ , V1 under steady state of cxcrdsc and at rest . There were also not significant differences between respiratory frequency (f), tidal volume ( VT) and inspiratory time cycle (T1 / Tc ) under steady state of two groups . Thus . V1. VT, f and T1, Tc under mode -rate cxcrdsc were not significantly influenced by the breath-by -breath measurement of P0.1. It is suggested that P0.1 can be used as a valuable index for assessing the central respiratory drive under exercise .
