摘要
综述了近10年世界农药专利情况、世界农药专利的发展趋势,针对中国农药行业的专利发展提出建议。
The world pesticide patents and the trend analysis in recent decade were overviewed.In this paper,some suggestions on patent development of China pesticide industry was proposed as well.
