人参中11种农药残留振荡提取气相色谱法测定 被引量:13

Determination of 11 Pesticide Residues in Radix Ginseng by Solid-phase Extraction and Gas Chromatography

摘要 [目的]建立人参中11种农药残留量的快速检测方法。[方法]以丙酮和石油醚混合溶液为提取剂,振荡提取,固相萃取柱净化,气相色谱法测定。[结果]实验结果表明11种农药的峰面积与其质量浓度均有良好的线性关系,相关系数r2>0.9921,在3个水平上的回收率为78.6%-112.4%;相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.45%-11.07%。[结论]方法操作简便、快速,能满足人参农药残留测定的要求。 [Aims] A rapid method for determination of the residue of 11 pesticides in radix ginseng was established.[Methods] The samples were extracted by the mixture of petrolic-aether and actone with a oscillator,cleaned up by the solid-phase extraction(SPE) column,determined by gas chromatography.[Results] The good linearity were obtained for the 11 kinds of pesticides with the average relative coefficient larger than 0.992 1.The percentage recoveries from the samples at three levels were between 78.6-112.4%,the RSDs were between 2.45-11.07%.[Conclusions] The established method is simple,rapid,it can be used to determine pesticide residues in ginseng.
