BrdU参入DNA法测定大鼠再生肝细胞增殖周期时间

摘要 作者用BrdU参入DNA及姊妹染色单体差别染色法测定大鼠肝部分切除后早期肝细胞再生增殖周期时间.结果发现,6—7月龄大鼠经切除肝脏67%后,肝细胞增殖周期时问为14 h,比用放射自显影法测定的时间为短.作者对检测方法及影响其检测的因素作了探讨. The cell cycle of liver regeneration after partial hcpatectomy in rats was studied using differential chromatid staining with BrdU incorporation . The result was the hepatic cell cycle after 67% hcpatcctomy in 6 - 7 months rats is 14 hours . It is faster than that of previous reports of regenerating liver with radionuclcotide labelling . The authors probe into the method and effects on determination .
