Influence of Viscous Stress on Cavitation Inception

摘要 分析了考虑黏性应力时气核的受力状态,导出了相应的静力平衡方程。通过用MATLAB软件计算不同初始尺寸的气核在黏性应力作用下的形状尺寸,发现气核体积比与长短轴与其初始尺寸和黏性应力基本呈正比例线性关系。依据湍动分裂理论分析得出湍流扰动将会引起气核重复分裂,从而增加较大尺寸气核的数量,影响空化初生的结论。 The stress state of a bubble nucleation has been analyzed with taking viscous stress into account,and the corresponding static equilibrium equations were obtained.By calculating the overall dimensions of bubble nucleation of different initial size under viscous stress with MATLAB, it was discovered that the volume ratio,the max curvature radius and the semi-axis ratio of bubble nucleation are almost direct proportion to it's initial size and the viscous stress.On the basis of the turbulent breakup theorem,the calculation was drawn that the turbulence will lead to the multiple breakup of bubble nucleation and increase the number of the bubble nucleation of larger size,thus affect the cavitation inception.
