摘要
研究海藻纤维性能及其纺织加工特点。测试了海藻纤维的形态结构、断裂强力、断裂伸长率、摩擦因数、质量比电阻、吸湿回潮率和耐酸碱性,并分析了这些性能对纺织加工的影响。指出:海藻纤维断裂强力较低,断裂伸长较大,吸湿性和防静电性好,不耐酸,耐碱但不耐强碱。认为海藻纤维不适合纯纺,在加工时应注意控制好温湿度,且染整和日常洗涤适宜在中性或弱碱性条件下进行。
Alginate fiber property and spinnability were researched. Properties of alginate fiber were tested inclu- ding morphology, breaking strength ,breaking elongation rate ,friction factor, mass specific resistance, moisture regain and acid & alkali resistance, effect of the properties on spinnability were analyzed. It is pointed out that breaking strength of alginate fiber is lower,the breaking elongation is larger,moisture absorption and anti-static are better,acid resistance is worse, alkali resistance is better while strong alkali resistance is worse. It is considered that pure spinning is not suitable to alginate fiber. Temperature and humidity should be controlled well in production, dyeing and daily washing are suit- able in neutral or weakly alkaline conditions.
