摘要
探讨高速并条机胶辊性能的技术改进途径和方法。针对传统胶辊制造工艺存在的问题进行多项技术改进,研制出自润滑牵伸胶辊轴承组件,满足了高速、重载、长期运行要求;采用注压成形新工艺,消除了传统模压合缝痕,使胶辊表面硬度均匀,消除了5 cm~6 cm机械波;对胶辊胶料进行羧基化改性,引入离子键网络,降低了胶辊的表面电阻,提高了抗静电性能;采用新型环保材料,减少有害气体的污染与危害。认为,采用上述技术方法可使胶辊性能得到较大提升,更好地满足高速并条机的使用要求。
Technology modification measures and methods of high speed drawing frame rubber covered roll were discussed. Some technology modifications were carried out according to existed problems in traditional rubber-covered roll manufacture processing. Bearing assembly of self-lubricating drafting rubber-covered roll was developed. Demands of higher speed, larger load and longer time can be reached. Injection molding new technology is used and traditional mold- ed commissure marks is eliminated, hardness of rubber-covered roll is even, mechanical wave of 5 cm - 6 cm can be e- liminated. Carboxylated modification is done on rubber-covered roll, ionic bond network is used, surface resistance of rubber-covered roll can be reduced, the antistatic property can be improved. New environmentally friendly material is a- dopted to reduce harmful air pollution and harm. It is considered that property of rubber-covered roll can be improved greatly by adopting the above technology methods, use demands of high speed drawing frame can be reached well.
