低落棉率精梳纱的生产

摘要 探讨采用纯精梳工艺流程纺制低落棉率精梳纱的效果。通过优化各部速度、定量、捻系数、隔距以及牵伸分配等工艺参数,严格控制落棉率、结杂、重量不匀率等指标,并与精梳条与普梳条搭配纺出的纱进行了质量对比。结果表明:纯精梳工艺流程纺制的低落棉率精梳纱各项质量指标均不同程度地优于精梳条与普梳条搭配纺出的纱。认为:只要合理设置工艺参数,根据各工序设备特点做到合理分配,并严格控制各部落棉率及半制品质量指标,就能充分发挥精梳工艺流程的优点,在保证净用棉量基本不变的前提下纺制出更高质量的纱线。 Effect of spinning combed yarn in condition of lower waste percentage was discussed. Some processing parameter were optimized including speeds, weight per unit, twist factor, gauge and draft distributions. Indexes were con- trolled strictly,including waste percentage, impurity, nep and weight unevenness, then the indexes were contrasted and analyzed with the yarn produced by blended slivers of combed sliver and card sliver. The result shows that the indexes of pure combed yarn are better than that of the yarn produced by the blended slivers in different degree. It is considered that parameter should be selected rationally according to equipment characteristics in each process, waste percentage in each process and semi-product quality indexes should be controlled strictly, advantages of comb processing can be used fully, higher quality yarn can be spun successfully in condition of same cotton amount.
