竹原纤维混纺纱的生产实践

Production of Natural Bamboo Fiber Blended Yarn

探讨竹原纤维混纺纱生产工艺。阐述了竹原纤维的特性、纤维技术指标及纺纱工艺特点。以棉竹原纤维混纺纱为例说明了环锭纺及转杯纺纺纱工艺配置和各项技术措施以及环锭混纺纱质量指标。认为:对竹原纤维进行纤维软化预处理,采用原料混和方式,三道并条以及其他必要的技术措施,保持较高的车间温湿度条件,可较好地克服竹原纤维可纺性差的缺陷,纺制出不同混纺比例、质量满足使用要求的环锭纺和转杯纺竹原纤维混纺纱。

Processing of spinning natural bamboo fiber blended yarn was discussed. Property of natural bamboo fi- ber, the fiber technology indexes and spinning processing were introduced. Cotton natural bamboo fiber blended yarn was selected as an example, processing selection, technology measures and blended ring yarn quality indexes were introduced. It is considered that natural bamboo fiber should be softened pretreatment, raw material blending was used, three-times doubling and other necessary technology measures should be adopted. Worse spinnability of natural bamboo fiber can be overcome by adopting higher temperature and humidity in workshop. Finally ring and rotor natural bamboo blended yarn can be spun successfully with different blending ratio and quality can reach use demands.
