Constructing water resources protection and lake health system for Haihe River Basin by giving priority to ecology

海河流域不断恶化的水生态环境问题已经成为制约流域经济社会可持续发展的瓶颈之一,开展水资源保护与生态修复是当前流域水利工作的重要内容。依据国务院近期批复实施的《海河流域综合规划》,全面分析了流域水资源保护与水生态修复现状,梳理了海河流域水资源保护与水生态修复思路和布局,提出了海河流域水资源保护与水生态修复方案,明确了加强流域水资源保护与水生态修复的措施。

Degradation of water environment and ecosystem in Haihe River Basin has become a bottleneck that restrains sustainable development of local economy and society. Therefore, water resources protection and ecological restoration form the key parts of current water management in the basin. A comprehensive analysis is made on the present condition of water resources protection and ecological recovery in line with Master Plan of Haihe River Basin recently approved by the State Council. General layout and restoration options are proposed for water resources protection and ecological restoration with specified measures.
