完善水资源保护与水生态修复体系 推进珠江流域水生态文明建设

Promoting water ecological civilization of Pearl River Basin by highlighting water resources protection and ecosystem recovery

从保障流域可持续发展和水生态安全的战略出发,珠江流域综合规划在前期规划工作的基础上,分析当前流域开发、治理和保护的现状及面临的形势,规划提出了流域水资源保护与水生态修复体系,较好地协调了流域经济社会发展与流域治理、开发、利用、节约和保护水资源的关系,对于加快推进珠江流域水生态文明建设,促进流域经济社会发展与水资源水环境承载能力相协调具有重要意义。

Considering the strategic importance water ecological safety and sustainable development of Pearl River Basin, the current situation of basin development, management and protection are reviewed based on early-stage work for preparing Master Plan of Pearl River Basin. An integration of economic and social development with river basin management, development, utilization, water resources conservation and protection is emphasized in the plan by highlighting of fiver basin protection and ecosystem restoration. It is of great significance to promote water ecological civilization of Pearl River Basin and harmony of economic and social development with the bearing capacity of water resources and environment.
