卡扣塑件分析及其创新成型模具设计 被引量:6

Analysis of Plastic Snaps and Its Innovative Injection Mould Design

摘要 依据模具成型理论和经验,运用卡扣装配简化计算和CAE数值模拟技术对汽车轮轴盖卡扣的结构进行设计,得到了一种可以量产的卡扣塑件,并根据该塑件的结构特点,设计出一种独特的成型模具结构。结果表明:该研究模式不但可以验证模具经验理论与计算值的可靠性,还可以预测卡扣的强度和稳定性,从而减少测试成本。另外,根据轮轴盖卡扣特征进行的注塑模具创新结构设计,为塑料卡扣的结构与成型模具设计提供了一个系统的参考。 Based on the molding experience and theories,a structure of snaps that can be put into mass production theoretically and practically was obtained from simplifying the computation of snap assembly and structural design of automobile wheel axle cover snaps by CAE numerical simulation.And an unique snaps mould was designed according to the structure characteristics of the plastic parts.The results show that: this mode can not only validate the reliability of empirical theories and calculated values,but also predict the strength and stability of snaps,and reduce the testing costs.Moreover,the innovative structural designed for plastic injection moulds pursuant to the features of wheel axle cover snaps can provide the structural design of plastic snaps and moulds with systematic references.
