摘要
分析了热水器电池盒塑件的成型工艺,介绍了该注塑件成型模具的整体设计过程及设计要点。进行了浇注系统、成型零件结构的设计,以及推出机构的确定和内侧抽芯滑块的设计。结果表明:该热水器电池盒注塑模设计实现了塑件的顺利成型和顶出,解决了塑件在脱模过程中因内侧抽芯的设置(由于内凹的需要)而产生的脱模困难等问题。
The molding process for battery box of water heater was analyzed,and the whole design process and key points of the plastics molding were introduced.The design of injection system,the structure of molding parts,the slider of inside stripping and the determination of extrusion device were analyzed.The results show that the design achieves smooth molding and ejection of the parts,and solves the difficult problem of inner side core-pulling brought by the existence of concave.
