摘要
泡沫混凝土是一种新型的保温隔热材料,具有轻质、保温、隔音、减震等优点,在我国墙体节能材料中应用得越来越广泛。目前泡沫混凝土还存在着凝结时间长、强度不高等问题,针对这些问题,首先对泡沫混凝土的基本性能进行试验研究,分析促凝剂、减水剂和高分子添加剂等对泡沫混凝土凝结时间、力学性能的影响,然后对高强泡沫混凝土的配制方法进行研究,为房屋建筑施工节能材料发展奠定一定基础。
The foam concrete is a new type of insulation material, with the advantages of lightweights, thermal insulation, sound insulation, shock absorption, etc., is applied more and more widely in our wall energy-saving materials.Now ,the foam concrete have the problems of long setting time, lower strength and so on.To solve these problems, the first experimental research would be done on the basic properties of foam concrete, to analysis the effect of coagulant, water-reducing agent and polymer additives to the setting time and mechanical properties, and then studied the configuration of the high-strangth foam concrete.It can lay a foundation for the development of energy-saving materials of housing construction.
