磷渣粉在变态混凝土中的应用研究

磷渣粉是一种工业废料,对掺加磷渣粉的变态混凝土的母体和浆液的性能进行了试验研究。结果表明,磷渣粉不会降低变态混凝土的强度,单掺粉煤灰的变态混凝土早期抗压强度高,单掺磷渣粉的变态混凝土后期抗压强度高;所有变态混凝土抗渗等级都达到P10;单掺磷渣粉及复掺磷渣粉和粉煤灰的变态混凝土干缩率大,磷渣粉对干缩性能有不利影响;磷渣粉可以部分或全部代替粉煤灰在变态混凝土中使用。

Phosphorus slag powder is a kind of industrial waste,the experimental research used it in the parent of grout enriched vibrated roller compacted concrete and slurry.The results showed that when phosphorus slag was added into concrete,the strength of grout enriched vibrated roller compacted concrete would not be affected,at the early age,the highest strength was grout enriched vibrated roller compacted concrete with fly ash, tater it was phosphorous slag powder.All impermeability grades reached P 10 ;the shrinkage performance would suffer an adverse effect by phosphorous slag powder.On the whole,phosphorus-slag could partly or wholly take place of fly ash in the use of metamorphosis concrete.
