摘要 配制了CAC基自流平砂浆,3h抗压强度达到6.7MPa,28d抗压强度达到45.7MPa,抗折强度达到13.4MPa,达到工业面层的性能需求。结合使用薄层砂浆激光测试仪和立式砂浆收缩仪,测试和分析了CAC基自流平砂浆0-24h,以及1~28d的尺寸变化率。探讨了建材行业标准JC/T985-2005《地面用水泥基自流平砂浆》关于尺寸变化率规定的局限性。 Self-leveling mortar was prepared with high alumina cement as dominant binder.Its compressive strength could reach 6.7 MPa when the age was 3 h.Its compressive strength and flexural strength grew to 45.7 MPa and 13.4 MPa respectively,when the age was 28 d. So the mechanical property could meet the requirement of industry surface layer.On the basis of this formulation, dimensional change ratio of early age (0-24 h)and later age ( 1-28 d) of the self-leveling mortar were both tested with the help of a kind of thin-mortar laser device and the vertical shrinkage mortar tester.Finally the limitation of standard JC/T 985-2005 on the dimensional change ratio of self-leveling mortar was discussed.
