摘要
以石英玻璃光纤、塑料光纤和钠钙硅玻璃棒为导光材料,采用水泥净浆和砂浆制备了水泥基透光砌块,测试了砌块的透光性能,分析了影响其透光效果的因素。试验结果显示,石英玻璃光纤水泥砌块可形成光点随机分布的透光图案,具有很好的装饰效果。直径较粗的塑料光纤和玻璃棒可规则排列,形成的砌块可传导背面的光线和图案。砌块在切裁后对导光体端面进行研磨抛光,可提高砌块的透光性能。
Light-transmitting cement-based blocks were prepared from neat cement pastes and cement mortars.Silica optical fibers, plastic optical fibers and soda-lime-silicate glass rods were used as light-transmitting waveguides.The light transmission performance of the blocks was measured and the affecting factors were analyzed.The blocks made of the silica optical fibers with random light spots exhibit a unique decorative effect.Both plastic optical fibers and soda-lime-silicate glass rods with larger diameters could be regularly arranged in the blocks, and the lights and images could be transmitted through blocks.It was Very important that the endfaces of the waveguides should be polished after cutting the blocks to improve light transmission performance of the blocks.
