摘要
采用煤矸石为主要原料,制备了一种新型的泡沫混凝土。在煤矸石泡沫混凝土强度试验的基础上,通过正交试验的方法,研究了不同水泥与煤矸石比例、水料比、减水剂占胶凝材料比例等因素对掺泡沫前料浆流动度的影响,取最佳用量的一组,分别设计低、中、高三个表观密度等级,进行掺泡试验,结果发现这种混凝土在泡沫量很大的前提下仍然有比较理想的使用强度,可以用来生产不同需求的混凝土制品。
A new type of foam concrete product was prepared by use of coal gangue as the main raw material.Concrete strength was based on a series of experiments.Meanwhile,the main factors affecting slurry fluidity were studied including ratio of cement/coal gangne, the dosage water and water reducer by the method of orthogonal experiment.The best group was chosen and and design low,medium,and high density grade,then put into use of foam experiment.It was discovered that this concrete still had a relatively ideal intensity of use and three density grade met the properties requirements of strength and density of the foamed concrete products.
