摘要
基于塑性混凝土变形模量的全标距测量法,采用应变电测的理论,设计与制作了一种悬臂梁式位移传感器,可测量塑性混凝土受压时的纵向位移,进而计算出变形模量。经对该传感器进行标定、有限元分析以及应用检验,结果表明设计的位移传感器灵敏度高,符合工程实际需要。
Based on method of tile full gage length measurement for plastic concrete deformation modulus, using strain electrical measuring theory, the cantilever beam displacement sensor which could be used to measure the longitudinal displacement of plastic concrete under compression was designed and manufhctured, then the defbrmation modulus could be calculated.According to file sensor calibration, finite element analysis and application of testing, the results showed that the sensitivity of the displacement sensor was high, and the sex,sot could be applied in practice engineering.
