小麦替代玉米对蛋鸡生产性能、鸡蛋品质及卫生指标的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为探究日粮中以小麦全部替代玉米对蛋鸡生产性能、鸡蛋品质及卫生指标的影响,试验选用400日龄的京红1号蛋鸡324只,随机分为3个处理,每个处理6个重复。对照组(A组)采用玉米型日粮,试验组B采用小麦型日粮,试验组C在小麦型日粮中添加200 g/t复合酶。结果表明:(1)C组蛋鸡产蛋率显著高于A组1.8%(P<0.05),但是平均蛋重显著低于A组和B组(P<0.05)。(2)除B、C组蛋黄颜色显著低于A组外,其他蛋品质指标各组间均无显著差异。(3)各试验组蛋壳上的微生物数量均无显著差异。由此可见,小麦完全替代玉米饲喂产蛋后期蛋鸡是可行的。 This study was conducted to investigate the effects of wheat eventually replacing corn on production performance,egg quality and microorganism index of the laying hens.324 400-day-old Jing Hong commercial layers were randomly divided into 3 treatments with 6 replicates.The control group was fed with corn-soybean meal diet,the experimental group B was fed with wheat-diet,the experimental group C was fed with wheat-diet added multi-enzyme.The results showed that:(1)the egg production rate of the test group C was 1.8% higher than that of control group(P 0.05),but the average egg weight of the test group C was significant lower than that of control group and the test group B(P 0.05).(2)Egg quality was not significantly influenced by dietary treatment,except for yolk color,which of group B,C was significantly lower than that of group A.(3)There were no significant differences on the number of Escherichia coli,Salmonella and total bacterial count on the surface of egg shells.
