摘要
博物馆公众影响力与行业影响力、社会影响力三者共同构成博物馆影响力。博物馆公众影响力是评估博物馆实现社会价值的重要衡量标准之一。它由公信力、文化力、亲和力三个要素构成,通过接触、保持、提升三个环节,对公众的注意、记忆、理解、态度和行为五个层面实施不同程度的影响。公众影响力的提升牵涉博物馆理论与实践的各个方面,而从宏观上,可归结到"量"与"质"两个方面。
The museum influence consists of public influence, industrial influence and social influ- ence. The public influence is an important index of assessing the social value of a museum. Consisting of three elements of credibility, cultural force and affinity, it influences people' s attention, memory, under- standing, attitudes and behavior in different degrees in three phrases of contacting, maintaining and enhanc- ing. Enhancing public influence involves all aspects of museum theories and practices, which can be attribut- ed to two aspects of quantity and quality.
