茵栀黄分散片中3种活性成分的体外溶出度比较 被引量:3

摘要 目的:建立同时测定茵栀黄分散片中黄芩苷、绿原酸与栀子苷的体外溶出测定方法,并考察三者溶出特点。方法:以250 mL蒸馏水为溶出介质,采用桨法,转速50 r.min-1,通过HPLC测定茵栀黄分散片中绿原酸、栀子苷与黄芩苷的溶出度,计算累积溶出度,溶出曲线采用相似因子(f2)进行相似性比较。结果:以绿原酸为参比成分时,栀子苷与黄芩苷的f2分别为89.23,48.35;以栀子苷为参比成分,黄芩苷的f2=46.98。结论:以蒸馏水为溶出介质时,茵栀黄分散片中绿原酸与栀子苷具有相似的溶出特点,但与黄芩苷的溶出特点不同。 Objective: To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid,jasminoidin and baicalin in Yinzhihuang dispersible tablets,and investigate in vitro dissolution characteristics of these three active components.Method: According to the 2010 edition of ‘Chinese Pharmacopoeia ’,with distilled water was dissolution medium,the paddle method was used with rotate speed of 50 r.min-1,the content of these active components were determined by HPLC,the accumulative dissolution was calculated and the resemblance of dissolution curve was compared by similarity factors(f2).Result: Compared with chlorogenic acid,f2 of jasminoidin and baicalin were 89.23 and 48.35 in water,respectively;Compared with jasminoidin,f2 of baicalin was 46.98.Conclusion: Chlorogenic acid and jasminoidin from Yinzhihuang dispersible tablets had similar dissolution characteristics in distilled water,but baicalin was different from them.
