蜂斗菜中蜂斗菜内酯类成分

摘要 目的:对中药蜂斗菜全草的化学成分进行分离鉴定,并为后期的体外活性筛选提供样品。方法:用色谱法和波谱法对蜂斗菜全草甲醇提取液的化学成分进行分离鉴定。结果:从乙酸乙酯部位中分离得到5个化合物:valerilactones A(1),蜂斗菜内酯-Ⅴa(2),蜂斗菜内酯-Ⅳa(3),蜂斗菜内酯-Ⅲa(4),合膜蜂斗菜螺内酯(5)。结论:化合物1,2,3,4为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物1为首次从蜂斗菜属植物中分离得到。 Objective: To isolate and identify the chemical constituents in the whole plant of the Petasites japonicus,and to provide samples for activity screening.Method: The whole plant of P.japonicus was extracted with MeOH.And column chromatographic techniques were used and the structures of the constituents were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data.Result: Five compounds were obtained and identified as valerilactones A(1),bakkenolide-Ⅴ a(2),bakkenolide-Ⅳ a(3),bakkenolide-Ⅲ a(4),homofukinolide(5).Conclusion: Compounds 1 were obtained from P.genus for the first time.Compounds 2,3,4 were obtained from the whole plant of P.japonicus for the first time.
