摘要 幼儿游戏中的干预是教师参与幼儿游戏并对幼儿游戏施加影响的行为。教师在介入幼儿游戏时,常常由于对幼儿及幼儿游戏的分析和解读不够、干预时机把握不准、干预方式与方法运用不当等原因给幼儿游戏带来干扰,从而使得幼儿游戏中的干预异化为干涉。为了维持教师游戏干预行为对幼儿游戏的正向推动作用,提高幼儿游戏中教师支持性行为的有效性,教师在干预时应注意深入观察幼儿游戏,解读幼儿游戏行为背后的原因;应结合幼儿游戏的现实情境,正确把握介入和干预时机;应在幼儿游戏干预过程中采取适当的方式和方法。 It's necessary for the teacher to intervene children's plays when they meet some problems or difficulties in the plays. But if the teacher has not researched the play situation well, her intervention would be bad. The teacher should base her intervention on her observation on the children and their plays.
