摘要
将10只山羊随机分为2组,分别为试验组和对照组,试验组每只每日早晚各饲喂小花棘豆100g,补饲3号解毒精料150g,对照组每只每日早晚各饲喂小花棘豆100g,补饲普通饲料150g,通过观察临床表现、检测血清酶的变化和病理组织学观察,进行预防山羊小花棘豆中毒的效果观察。结果表明,对照组羊在第27d出现中毒症状,试验组羊在整个试验期98d内均未出现明显临床症状;从第14d开始,试验组AMA明显高于对照组,差异显著(P﹤0.05);在整个试验期内,试验组和小花棘豆对照组AST的活性均呈上升趋势,但试验组的值明显小于小花棘豆对照组,从第14d开始两组差异显著(P﹤0.05);小花棘豆对照组的ALT值总体呈上升趋势,试验组从第7d开始,ALT的值小于对照组的值,除第28、35d外都与对照组呈显著性差异(P﹤0.05);从第14d开始,试验组的AKP活性均小于对照组,差异显著(P﹤0.05);试验组的LDH活性从第28d开始显著低与小花棘豆对照组(P﹤0.05);试验组的BUN含量从第14d开始明显低于小花棘豆对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),但从第56d开始,试验组的值明显上升,并与小花棘豆对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05),到第98d又显著低于小花棘豆对照组;试验组和小花棘豆对照组的GSH-Px活性和Cu-Zn-SOD活性在整个试验期都比较稳定,两组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。
Divided 10 goats into 2 groups randomly, which were experimental group and contrast group. We have fed the experimen- tal groups on 100g oxytropis glabra mo,afing and evening and No. 3 detoxifying concentrated feed 150g in addition. The contrast was i- dentical with the experimental but ordinary feed in addition. By observing clinical feature and histopathology and checking the change of the seroenzyme, we observed the effect of preventing the goat oxytropis goabra poisoning. The result showed that poisoning symptoms happened in control group after 27 days. No obvious clinical symptom happened in experimental group during the test which was 98 days. From the 14th day, the amount of AMA of experimental group was significantly higher than the contrast( P 〈 0.05). During the experiment, AST activity in both the groups increased, but the experimental group was significantly lower than the contrast from the 14th day (P 〈 0.05). As a whole, the value of ALT increased in the contrast. From the 7th day, the value was lower than the con- trast, except the 28th and the 35th days (P 〈 0.05). From the 14th day, the activity of AKP in the experimental group was lower than the other(P 〈 0. 05). From the 28th day, the activity of LDH in the experimental group was significantly lower than the contrast (P 〈 0.05). The amount of BUN in the experimental group was pretty lower than the contrast from the 14th day(P 〈 0.05), but from the 56th day,the value of the experimental group increased so much. And there was no remarkable difference between the two groups(P 〉0.05). Notably, the value of the contrast was higher than the experimental again in the 98th day(P 〈 0.05). The GSH -Px and Cu- Zn- SOl) activity in both of the groups were stable in the test and there was no conspicuous difference(P 〉 0. 05).
