摘要
本试验以沙葱种子为材料,探究了不同浓度的外源NO供体硝普钠(SNP)浸种不同时间对盐胁迫下沙葱种子萌发的影响,以及SNP浸种对恢复试验中沙葱种子萌发的影响。研究发现经0.40mmol.L-1SNP浸种3h能显著(P<0.05)的提高NaCl胁迫下沙葱种子的萌发率、萌发速率、活力指数、发芽指数;虽然经SNP浸种后,在恢复试验中虽然各处理间的差异不显著(P<0.05),但是经0.40mmol.L-1SNP浸种3h种子的萌发率仍然达到各处理间的最大值,同时也表现出了长时间低浓度的SNP浸种和短时间高浓度的SNP浸种能够不同程度的促进沙葱种子的萌发,说明外源NO浸种不同程度的缓解了由NaCl胁迫造成的伤害。
In order to discuss the effects of seed soaking with exogenous NO (SNP) on seed germination of Allium mongolicum Regel. under NaCl stress,the experiment investigated the effect of different concentrations of SNP soaking different times on A. mongolicum. seed germination under NaCl stress , and the germination of recovery test which the seeds soaked with SNP under distilled water. We found the seeds which use 0.40mmol · L^- 1SNP could significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ) increase germination percentage, germination rate, vigor index, germination index. While the geimination of A. mongolicum, in recovery test was not significantly increase within all treatments, but with 0.40mmol · L-1SNP soaked 3 hours the seed germination reached its maximum in all treatments, at the same time high con- centration of SNP soaking seed for long time promoted the germination of seeds, and low concentration of SNP soaking seed for short time was the same. This phenomenon could explain that exogenous NO could alleviated damage induced by NaCl stress on seed germination of Allium mongolicum Regel.
