摘要
本文以鄂尔多斯高原碱湖的钝顶螺旋藻(S1)、非洲Chad湖的钝顶螺旋藻(S2)和墨西哥Texcoco湖的极大螺旋藻(S3)为材料,采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分离了LDH和MDH的同工酶。探讨低温对螺旋藻LDH和MDH同工酶的影响。结果表明,在低温下LDH无新诱导的同工酶产生;低温可诱导MDH新同工酶的大量表达。
In this paper, isoenzymes of LDH and MDH were extracted using PAGE among Spirulina platensis ( S1 ) from alkaline lake in Erdos Plateau, S. platensis (S2) from Chad Lake in Africa and S. maxima (S3) from Texcoco Lake in Mexico, to research the effects of the low temperature on isoenzymes of LDH and MDH in Spirulina. The results showed that new induced isoenzyme band of LDH was not produced in low temperature; and low temperature could induce a large quantity of new isoenzyme bands of MDH to be expressed.
