摘要
在种猪自动精细饲喂系统中,在精细饲喂装置的料仓中设计破拱机构。采用立轴穿入料仓的结构方式,驱动螺旋转子工作,实现了破拱、定量输送、开关料仓等多重功能。既简化了系统装置结构,又降低制造成本,并可保证了系统工作的可靠性和稳定性。通过试验和计算,对控制系统的原程序中设定参数做重新修定,即可在原程序控制下实现精确投放饲料。
In fine feeding device for feeding bin design arch - breaking mechanism of Auto - precision Feeding System for Pigs. In the new design, in order to drive the helical rotators, the vertical shaft is designed to pass through the feeding bin. The function of Arch breaking, quantitive feeding and feeding bin switching, etc. were provided in the design. The new design not only simplified the struc- ture of the system and reduced the cost of building, but also ensured the reliability and stability, of the whole system. Through tests and calculation, we had modified the important parameters of the original program which realized the function of precise feeding under the control of the original program.
