摘要
采用分光光度法,以二溴邻硝基苯基荧光酮(DBONPF)为显色剂,研究了DBONPF与头孢克洛(CFC)络合物的可见光谱性质及反应条件。实验结果表明:CFC在0.7356~3.678μg/mL范围内遵循比尔定律,回归方程为:A=1.5456ρ+0.0351(ρμg/mL),检出限0.0396μg/mL,表观摩尔吸光系数为6.03×104L.mol-1.cm-1,相关系数为r=0.9998,并探讨了其反应机理。方法已用于测定片剂中CFC含量,结果满意。
The visible spectral characteristic and the reaction condition of complex of Dibromo - o - Nitrophenyl Fluorone (DBONPF) and Cefaclor (CFC) were investigated by spectrophotometry which DBONPF as a developer. The results showed that the concentration of CFC obeyed the Beer's law in the range of 0.07356 ~ 0. 3678 μg/mL and the regression equation was A = 1. 5456p + 0.0351 ( ρμ /mL) with the correlation coefficient r of 0.9998, the apparent molar absorptivity was 6.03 × 10^4 L ·moL^-1· cm-1 and the detection limit was 0.0396 μg/mL. Further more, the reaction mechanism had been explored. The proposed method has been successfully ap- plied to the determination of CFC in table, and the results were satisfying.
