MRI denoising based on structure tensor and non-local means filter

摘要 考虑到MRI图像的几何结构相似性,将结构张量应用到三维非局部平均滤波算法。将本文提出的方法和最近提出的不同改进版本的非局部平均滤波算法在Brainweb数据库上进行对比,实验结果表明,本文提出的方法在峰值信噪比(PSNR)上有所提高,有效地抑制了噪声。 Taking the image local geometric structures into account, we apply the measure of structure tensor into the three-dimensional non-local means (NLM3D) filter. The presented method has been compared with the related state-of-the-art methods over synthetic Brainweb datasets where improved performance in term of PSNR was found.
