双向飞碟射击“以看带动”打靶技术探讨

An introduction of the "Action upon Observation" technique for Olympic skeettechn

近年来,国际射联对双向飞碟射击运动的比赛规则进行了多次修改,这使此前我国运动员普遍使用的一靶抢打技术失效。在动作控制学理论的指导下,提出了"以看带动"的新型打靶技术,并结合运动技能学原理,对双向飞碟射击运动员的阶段性训练提出建议,以攻克比赛难点,提高运动成绩。

The rules for Olympic skeet competition have been revised by the international shooting sport federation over the past years and so the previous adopted technique and training method have not been applied in practice any longer. In light of the theory of motor learning and control, we introduce a new technique, ＂Action upon Observation＂, and put forward some suggestions for the daily training of the Olympic skeet players so as to improve their performance in Olympic skeet competition.
