摘要
本实验目的是验证豚鼠的压力波安全标准P=172-61g TN.压力波源系火炮发射.动物分对照组及暴露19组,每组豚鼠10只,P.158.5—178.9dB,T:5—41.75 ms.N:包括1.5及10发.按安全标准公式测得布点处P自低于安全标准下的4.61dB至超出安全标准14.19dB.ABR测定结果显示在P超出安全标准4dB以下时,爆震后48h听阈阈移≤10dB的安全耳可达90%以上.在P超出安全标准6dB以下时,中耳伤情0级.本实验表明豚鼠对压力波安全标准可以耐受.耳蜗铺片石细胞损伤率大部分与听阈阈移程度相一致.伤情判断主要以听阈测定及中耳检查为准.
The aim of the study was to prove the safety criterion for pressure wave (P= 172-6 Ig TN ) on guinea pigs by animal experiments . Canncns were used as the source of pressure waves . Animals were divided into control and 19 exposure groups , each consisted of 10 animals . P was from 158.5 dB to 178.9 dB , T from 5 ms to 41.75 ms , N consisted of 1, 5 and 10 shots . According to the safety criterion formula , P was from 4.16 dB below to 14.19 dB above the safety criterion . The ABR results showed that when the P was above the safety criterion but less than 4 dB , the safety cars with threshold shift less than 10 dB after 48 - hour exposure were over 90% . When P was above the safety criterion bui less than 6 dB , the middle car damage was 0. The damage rate of hair cells in most preparations was in accordance with threshold shift . This showed that the safety criterion for pressure waves could be tolerated by guinea pigs , and the protection rate of exposed animals was above 90% .
