摘要
作者分析了6株人-阶杂交瘤和人-(人-鼠)杂交瘤细胞的核型、发现人-(人-鼠)杂文瘤细胞株之间染色体数相对稳定,为78.47±6.89(x±S,n=60),人-鼠杂交瘤细胞株之间染色体数差异较大,为76.60±1293(x±S.n=60),表明融合所用的骨髓瘤细胞系是影响杂交瘤稳定的一个重要因素.
The karvotypc of combmixl human-mouse and human - ( human - mouse ) hybridoma was examined . It was found that the chromosome number was relatively stable [78.47 _ 6.89 (x _ S ) n = 60] between human - (human - mouse ) hybridomas ; and was different [76.60 ± 12.93 ( x _ S )n = 60] between human- mouse hybridomas . The results suggest that the myeloma fusion partcncr cell - line is an important factor that affectecs the hvbridoma stability .
