中药颈痛宁治疗椎动脉型颈椎病102例的疗效

Treatment for cervical vertebral disease with compound Chinese tradi- tional medicine jingtongning

作者对椎动脉型颈椎病患者102例的204条椎动脉形态及每分钟血流量作了中药颈痛宁治疗前后的观察.治疗前发现204条椎动脉血管形态变异者153条(75％),其中143条(93.5％)同时伴有血流量减少.服用颈痛宁1月后(12g 3次/d),椎动脉形态恢复正常者127条(88.8％);与服药前比较,血流量增加了24.1％(P<0.01).提示颈痛宁有软化血管弹性、降低血管阻力和增加血流量的作用.

Changes in the morphology of 204 vertebral arteries and blood flow volume per minute in 102 patients with cervical vertebral disease (vcrtcbro - arterial type ) with model B ullrasomund before and after treatment with cervical pain tranquillizer were observed . Before treatment. 153 Mood vessels ( 73% ) had abnormal morphology with reduced blood flow in 93.5% (143 )of these arteries . After one month's administration of compound Chinese traditional medicine , Jingtongning 12 g three times a day orally . 127 (88.8% ) of the blood vessels returned to normal in their morphology and had a 24.1% increase in blood flow .The difference was significant ( P<0.01 ).Theresults showed that the Chinese herbs could increase elasticity of blood vessels , reduce vascular resistance and increase the blood flow .
