慢性胰腺炎内镜下治疗疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of chronic pancreatitis treatment under ERCP

目的探讨内镜在慢性胰腺炎(CP)诊治中的价值。方法对2003年9月～2011年12月该院应用内镜下逆行胰胆管造影术(ERCP)诊治的32例CP病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果 32例患者完成ERCP诊治共45例次,内镜治疗后腹痛近期症状缓解率82.76%,平均随访36.9个月(2～90个月),腹痛远期症状缓解率65.52%。术后并发症发生率低,手术1例,病死率为0。结论 ERCP是CP的重要诊治手段,具有安全、有效、创伤小的优点。

[Objective] To discuss the value of ERCP in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pancreatitis. [Methods] Clinical data of 32 CP cases diagnosed and treated in the first People＇s Hospital of Kunming City from September, 2003 to December, 2011 were reviewed retrospectively. [Results] The 32 patients underwent ERCP 45 times. After being treated by ERCP, the symptom relief rate of abdominal pain in the short term was 82.76% and in the long term was 65.52%, according to the average 36.9 month follow-up （2～90 months）. The postoperative complication rate was low. There was only 1 case of operation and the death rate was 0. [Conclusion] ERSP is an important treatment means of CP, which has the characteristics of being safe, effective and minimally invasive.
