摘要
利用聚合诱导胶体团聚法制备了二氧化硅微球,并对制备过程的相关影响因素进行了考察,得到了制备的最优化条件。用扫描电镜及比表面积测定仪对制备微球的粒径、比表面积、孔径进行了表征,并测定了表面硅羟基含量。将制备得到的二氧化硅微球进行表面官能化修饰,得到了十八烷基键合硅胶反相色谱填料及氨基键合硅胶填料,将其作为色谱填料装柱对几种物质进行分离,结果表明,分离效果良好。
Silica microspheres were prepared by polymerization-induced colloid aggregation. The effects of preparation conditions were investigated to obtain tile optimal conditions. The particles were characterized by SEM and BET, and the Si-OH contents were also determined. Octadecyl and amino bonded silica gel were obtained by modification of the silica spheres. Analytes can be well separated by home-made chromatographic packings.
